Job Requirements of Purchasing Manager:
• Oversee and manage the purchasing and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Collaborate with new and existing suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards conforming to ISO 9001:2015, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, service, and logistics.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management. To include trade show exhibition planning and staffing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchase and production administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and production planning ERP software.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
